Develops, implements and follows up the Health & Safety policies and action plans within the company, so as to prevent any risk of accident or professional illness within Danone Romania.
Knows health & safety laws and regulations, Group/company policy, objectives and metrics.
Defines/ adapts the company's health & safety policy.
Implements action plans according to the above mentioned topics.
Plans, organizes and coordinates the health & safety activity within the company.
Assesses the risks of accidents and professional diseases, based on each job specifics, together with the work medicine services provider; establishes internal work safety rules, proposes active measures for risk factors elimination; supervises the action plans implementation and proposes corrective actions.
Promotes health & safety actions through communication plans.
Periodically checks the liaison with the work safety measures in Bucharest; trains and supports the supervisors outside Bucharest in order to insure that all the work safety rules and measures are respected.
Regularly participates in the briefings organized by the Work Safety Authorities, for permanent actualisation of information & professional development purposes.
Relevant experience - at least 2 years in the area
Knowledge of health & safety rules and regulations;

Planning & organizing/priority setting and project management skills;
Analytical mind and problem solving;
Pro-active & dependable/ responsible;
University degree
PC skills Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
English – good (both written & spoken)
