RESPONSABILITATI

The nominees will coordinate entire activities of agencies, manage Front Office, Operations and Retail Loans related activities and a team of professionals, promote Alpha Bank’ products and services and identify opportunities for business development; he/ she will establish highly professional long-term relationships with the customers and prepare reports for management whenever needed.


CERINTE

- University degree in Economics;
- At least 5 years experience in banking system (in RON and FX clientele, retail loans and operations-related areas) out of which min. 2 years experience preferably in a similar position or performing a supervisory activity within front office/ operations/ retail loans departments of a branch/ agency;
- Excellent knowledge of banking legislation and NBRs’ regulations;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Computer proficiency;
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and selling skills;
- Well organized, diplomatic and team-oriented person, with initiative and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person, able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever requested, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment.
