You will….
… be responsible for the development, managing and leading of quality assurance teams;
… manage teams and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, efforts and resources;
… assure that all products and projects have good quality and compliant with technical specifications;
... ensure delivery against Quality Center department goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule and activities;
… assure the viability, functionality, development (if necessary) and effectiveness of essential quality tools;
… anticipate program/project portfolio release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
If you have/are:
… BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
... at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance;
… at least 3 years in leading a development or software quality assurance team;
... ISTQB certificate (foundation level minimum);
… experience in defining processes;
… knowledge on how to read a system specification to understand the purpose and structure of the system;
… experience in defining KPIs/metrics;
… experience in black-box and white-box test deduction methods;
… knowledge on how to assess the quality of software by measuring the relevant factors: testability, correctness, reliability, usability, maintainability, reusability, performance, security, scalability, stability;
… knowledge of tests in the different test levels (component-, component integration-, system-, system integration- and acceptance testing);
… fluent in English (both written and spoken);
… proven experience in GUI test automation for web applications;
… highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Quality Assurance;
… very good communication skills and a great team player.
Would be a plus:
… fluent in German (both written and spoken);
... understanding of Java technologies;
… able to interpret HTML code.
