RESPONSABILITATI

The role:
- supporting all sales activities
- coordinating all employees in sales, administrative and daily sales work
- ensuring the education of the sales people together with the COO and Marketing Manager
- controlling of the sales people if they follow the policy regarding sales lines, discounts
- assuming responsibility for the future market-poster-research-program
- preparing and developing the sales activity
- leading the sales reporting
- ensuring the interests of sales department
- coordinating the contractual relation with the client
- developing the area of clients
- working to reach the strategic goals in sales department (not only turnover)
- reaching a certain financial target
- following business rules
- increasing media volume of the client or agency

Responsibilities:
- To supervise the activity of sales department
- To coordinate and supervise a team of 5 people
- To establish the yearly new business strategy
- To establish weekly financial sales analysis
- To negotiate the client¿s budget
- To draw the monthly financial report (selling plan)
- To recuperate the late payment of clients
- To establish the yearly sales strategy
- To know the market competitors (products, prices)


CERINTE

- Relevant track record in Sales within Media & Advertising,especially for print and/or outdoor - IS A MUST
- University Degree
- Relevant trak record in Sales within Media & Advertising (print and outdoor is ideal)
- 3 years relevant experience
- Very Good English
- Very Good computer skills ( MS Office)
- Clean Driving license
