Companie internationala specializata in distribuirea sistemelor si echipamentelor ingineresti, cauta un candidat pentru postul de Manager Representative Romania (pentru biroul din Bucuresti).
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative economic activity and human resource management:
∙ organization and implementation of management accounting;
∙ Providing of regular reports to the company owner;
∙ Control of management of fiscal reporting;
∙ interaction with representatives of service providers and regulatory bodies;
∙ organization of support for all needs of representative office;
∙ search and selection of personnel, evaluating of candidates and making decision about the hiring;
∙ participation in the development of motivation schemes of pay for staff.
2. Warehouse Management (2 warehouse - Constanta and Bucharest)
∙ organizing of warehouse processes in accordance with the standards of the company;
∙ introduction of inventory control, regular inventories;
∙ organization of system of circulation of documents at warehouses, organization of move of products between warehouses.
3. Maintaining and developing of sales at the territory of Romania;
∙ participation in the development of the sales plan and its approval from the owner;
∙ Work with existing clients, including international supermarket chains;
∙ Developing of a plan for progress of growth of distribution in Romania (trading companies, companies that provide services for installation of engineering equipment, stores, etc..) And its implementation;
∙ organization of work of sales staff with trips for negotiations with customers throughout Romania;
∙ organization of work and control of accounts receivable;
∙ organization of gathering of information about competitors, analysis and providing of such information to the owner;
∙ organization of data collection and information about engineering equipment which is popular in the market, provision of reports to the owner of the company.
4. Foreign economic activity and purchase of goods:
∙ Interaction with suppliers on delivery of the goods;
∙ Implementation of custom clearness of the goods;
∙ monitoring of timely payments to suppliers by the contracts;
∙ Romanian citizenship or work permit in Romania;
∙ Experience and place of residence in Bucharest is required;
∙ Higher education, necessarily an advantage graduation Faculty of Engineering Installations;
∙ Knowledge in the field of management;
∙ Experience in trading companies engaged in sales in Romania is obligatory (welcome experience in sales of building materials, engineering, household appliances, construction tools);
∙ Proven experience of sales to different categories of customers (DIY-networks, shops, trading companies and so on.);
∙ Strong knowledge of Romanian language, the ability to speak and write in English, knowledge of Russian is welcomed.
∙ Presentation skills for spoken and written communication.
∙ Ability to have a strong vision and to implement ideas persuasively. Critical-path planning, together with the ability to coordinate and direct a diverse and skilled team, is essential.
∙ Self-motivated with the ability to manage a heavy workload.
∙ Activity, self-discipline, responsibility, leadership skills.
