We are an international retail company based in Autria. We are present in six countries (Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Cezch, Austria) and plan to continue our successful expansion in Romania. We have 122 shops and over 6500 employees.
We are looking for our HEAD OF REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT in Romania who will be in charge of:
Location development / Search of new properties
Finding and analysing the location opportunities for new markets and getting all the necessary documents (documents from public authorities)
Negotiations with the land owners and contact with authorities about
construction of buildings on the land; creation of construction studies
Composition of contracts in co-operation with the headquarter and the local lawyer
Negotiations with architects and other external partners
Presentation of the location decision and plans at the headquarters
EXPERIENCE:
University degree in constructions/technics; otherwise bachelor in law with high interest in construction and real estate business
Solid economic background
Experience in project management, ideally in the field of construction
Knowledge of/Interest in land use planning and regulations
Traffic and contractual issues
SKILLS:
Self-confident; high motivation, teamplayer, goal-oriented, hands-on, loyal
High personal mobility and flexibility
Very good communications skills
A very good command of German, English and Romanian; able to negociate in German or English.
KEY ORGANISATIONAL INTERFACES:
He reports directly to the director of the company in Austria
TIME ALLOCATION:
100% Romania: Bucharest based, traveling within Romania is a must
