Job objective:
- independent establishing and managing the Quality Management Department
- supporting the operational units and tender department
Responsibilities:
- supporting the operational units and tender department with necessary forms and documents
- leading & training of the (project based) Quality Personnel
- independent consideration of all respective laws (Law 10, Law 50 etc.)
- building up and maintaining a database of all respective documents (AQ-documents, manuals, forms, quality insurance plan, method statements etc.)
- to check periodically the quality ensurance documents for our sites in whole Romanian (travelling)

- Graduated from a technical university or technical college
- CQ-Diploma, authorized by the State Department ISC (Construction State Inspectorate)
- at least 5 years experience in a similar position
- experience in the field of projects preferred
- very good English skills, written and oral required
- perfect skills in Windows, MS Office, MS Project mandatory, further knowledge in CAD Programs etc. is a plus
- experienced with the respective Romanian legislation (Law 10, Law 50 etc.) mandatory,
- experienced with international contracts (FIDIC) is a plus
- ability to work in a team
- travelling all over Romania (25% of working time)
