For these ambitious plans, our client is looking for a highly motivated Head of Property Management who will be exposed to a reach inter-cultural experience in a team of best professionals from all over Europe.

Duties:
This is a senior management position that will involve management of the existing portfolio of Malls in Romania and Malls to be developed in accordance with growth strategy of the company. The position will be in coordinating the activities of Letting, Center Management, Marketing and Legal departments.
The position will be closely interacting with company’s headquarters in Western Europe
Requirements:
· University studies (Management/Administration or Engineer - preferable)
· Three to five experiences as Senior Manager in a service/real estate company, preferably in Property Management or in an area related to Malls
· Ability to take decisions and work independently (within the defined guidelines)
· Excellent coordination and management skills
· Solid communication and negotiation skills
· Fluent English (spoken and written)
· Availability for flexible schedule and training at the headquarters
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
