What would you do?
Be the catalyst that ensures all projects successful delivery;
Be the manager of a young team, constantly providing them coaching;
Be the key interface with the Project Management Offices in other units;
Be responsible for all process changes and implementation;
Be responsible for the Bucharest offices constant adaptation to the internal, project specific, tools/processes and procedures;
Be responsible for the capacity monitoring of your team;
Track the projects, deadlines, change processes, conflict management;
Prioritize and organize projects;
Mediate and help foster communication between different teams;
Coordinates information flow between departments;
Identify risks for projects within a department and pro-actively find solutions that allows the projects to stay on track;
Effectively communicate across functional areas and to executive management on projects progress, issues and risks;
Document processes and procedures.
At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the IT field; from which at least 1 year as a manager of a Portfolio of Projects;
Very good understanding of all Software Development Life Cycles;
Very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
Finished a technical University (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics etc);
Excellent MS Office skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Able to work independently, highly (self-) motivation;
Relationship building skills;
Excellent English (speak, write, read);
Willingness to learn.
knowledge of German language.
