• Establishment of Operation/ Org/ IT division in the newly established Company in the best way according to the Romanian reality
• Guarantee, in the frame of process definition, the establishment of operative control model
• Take care of the emanation of norms related to company processes designed to support also other company areas (emanation, up-date and collection)
• Chair the activities of operative and logistic support to the company structures
• Define, develop and maintain all the company administrative and back office processes necessary to run the initiatives for acquisition and evaluation of client portfolio
• Assure the effective realisation of the organisation and IT structure
• Promote IT efficiency
• University degree (preferably in an economic subject or engineering)
• Working experience at similar position in banking/consumer finance – min. 2 years
• English both spoken and written
• Good computer literacy
