RESPONSABILITATI

- Develop monthly management information set to enable adequate performance planning, forecasting, measurement, evaluation and reporting;
- Develop daily profit & loss reporting to enable timely result monitoring;
- Develop client profitability reporting to enable performance measurement on client, client segment, industry sector and employee level;
- Develop monthly key performance indicator reporting for employees;
- Implement monitoring of economic profit and underlying value drivers in all performance reporting;
- Develop book structure and income transfer pricing system;
- Develop income, cost and capital allocation principles;
- Develop automated tools for performance reporting & communication;
- Participate in regional MIS project;
- Provide back-up for Head of Management Accounting, Head of Financial Accounting and Head of Tax.


CERINTE

- University degree in Economics, ACCA recommended;
- 3-5 years experience, preferably in financial services/banking/auditing;
- Active knowledge of finance and financial/management accounting;
- Knowledge of banking industry & products, and accounting of financial instruments;
- Initiative, customer focus, teamwork, attention to detail, integrity;
- Team leadership, progress monitoring, planning & organizing;
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
