-Implements the strategic actions related to the development of the micro lending business line;
-Involved in the development and review of micro lending products ( including but not limited to scoring models, working flows, timelines,a.s.o);
- Coordinating the implementation with various third party institutions of joint promotion programs;
- Responsible for the achievement of the budget set up for the micro lending sector;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the coordinating of the Small & Medium Enterprises / micro lending activities in an international bank;
- Strong experience in developing and implementing innovative products, modus operandi, as well as the establishing and setting up the functioning of the micro –lending department ;
- Excellent command in English
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
