-Establishes strategies for activity improving in coordination with Sales Department, Customer Service and Finance Department in order to deliver customers best quality services;
- Establishing strategies for offering support for sales in gaining new clients;
- Coordinates the activity of the National Installation Manager;
- Establishes targets for both installations and sales, continuously monitors achievement of the targets;
- Supervises the logistics related to installations; stocks, contracts, financial operations;
- Controls and supervises the activity of subcontractors;
- Proposes effective working procedures, optimizes the informational flow inside the department and outside it, in cooperation with other departments and collaborators.
- 2 years of experience in managing area installation managers in DTH or cable companies;
- Graduated from technical faculty (advantage);
- Proven managerial skills;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Target oriented, flexible thinking, able to meet tight deadlines;
- PC skills: MS Office, Internet;
- English – advanced level.
