• Identify, recruit, training and monitoring Regional Mangers and Unit Managers
• Designing the best business model regarding the optimization of DSA output
• Development of DSA effective monitoring systems both: business/volumes side and quality side
• Designing and deployment of specific training manuals, forms, documentation to increase the DSAs effectiveness
• Monitoring and optimizing DSA fees & commission payment scheme
• Design, support and implement the new business initiatives
• Controlling, monitoring and communicate the DSA progress
• Continuously improve productivity and efficiency
• Ongoing focus on costs and expenses reduction
• Increase revenues and customer portfolio
• Minimum 2 years banking experience, including Sales, Risk, Project Management and Operations positions
• Must have knowledge of legal framework and market practice. Basic knowledge of corporate technology standards is necessary.
• Must know the local banking market, competition and specific regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Retail products; Retail market and Cash Management.
• Previous people management responsibilities will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and absolute presentation skills,
• Good strategic planning and analytical thinking - also required.
• Excellent selling skills, creativity, initiative and flexibility.
• MS Office proficiency
• Attention to details, set priorities and work under pressure;
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
