The main tasks of Corporate Development are to operate as a global and flexible center of excellence in all strategic importance for Management Board, establish the company's corporate priorities and directions and assure consistent content for communication to our stakeholders, manage the execution of key initiatives and execute company-wide strategic planning and measure progress against key targets, Group initiatives and persistent execution of strategy in all parts of the company as well systematic market analysis.
The other main cluster of objectives is to create the framework and conditions necessary for operative business and to support the Management Board with ensuring the continuous further development of an effective management system regarding Risk Management, Quality Management, Standardization & Regulation
Working Partners/Contacts
Intern: Members of the Board, Groups, Central Functions within Siemens Srl and Siemens CEE, etc.
External: (Research) Institutes, Customers, Lobby, etc.
Tasks
Developing and implementing of guidelines, standards, methods and tools for strategic management
Supporting the MoB in developing the Vision of Siemens in Romania
Management of the Strategic Planning Process
Market Analysis, Macroeconomic Analysis, Competition Analysis and developing measures and programs to face the trends.
Support in Developing (Concept phase) of new company wide strategies and business opportunities.
Managing of Company/Corporate topics and programs
Managing of Quality/Management topics
Technical and disciplinary lead of CD
Education
University Degree (Technical, Business Administration or Law)
Knowledge/Languages
Knowledge about micro and macro economics
Intercultural Experience
Experience
Several Years working Experience in an International Company
Siemens Experience is an advantage
Capabilities
Strategic view, result-oriented, decision making ability, initiative, creativity, communication skills, customer demand orientation, good team worker
