1. To organize, if it is necessary, maintenance and repair works for the company’s rooms and equipment in order to ensure safe exploitation and optimum service time.
2. To document of the company’s engineering department (technical systems) operations in accordance with standard demands of ISO 9001.
3. To organize inspections over the technical systems.
4. To ensure that utilization of the equipment and implements in the department are rational.
5. To organize underbiddings in order to find the executor of maintenance and repair works.
6. To implement the construction and repair works in the company’s rooms.
7. To consult and help the operating personnel in the issues connected with technical upkeep.
8. To answer for withhold of the expenses determined for maintenance and repair works.
9. To conduct the implementation of new construction projects from the beginning up to the end according to the laid-down requirements, standards and agreed order.

2. Experience of minimum 3 years
