We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Head of Business Analysis Development
in our Bucharest-based team.
What would you do?
You will….
… manage a team of two business intelligence analysts an one technical product manager
… envision change by constantly innovating and adapting to the conditions;
… focus on where the organization is going and emphasize possibilities and probabilities;
… be a representative for your subordinates, working as a intermediary between the your team and upper management
… manage and mentor developers, delegate tasks, and ensure target dates and quality objectives are met;
… make organizational decisions and handle a variety of problems that arise on a daily basis;
… be responsible for all process changes and implementation inside the team and together with the business partners (recruiting, coaching, disciplining, performance evaluation, salary management, etc.).
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
… minimum 7 years of experience in IT
… minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst and/or product manager
… minimum 2 years of experience as a manager / team leader / project manager
… minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence related projects
… good understanding of Software Development Life Cycles
… the ability to see possibilities in both structured and unstructured side of things;
… the social skills to establish a web of both internal and external relationships;
… very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
… graduated a technical University (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics etc) but has also an strong interest in business ;
… excellent communication skills;
… willingness to learn and proven abilities to coach others
… able to work independently, highly (self-) motivation;
… excellent English (speak, write, read);
Would be a plus:
...knowledge of German language.
