- Align the Bank’ objectives to the policy set at the Group level regarding non-performing loans;
- Ensure strategies of recovering the claims resulted from lending activity and propose policies aimed to prevent appearance/ re-appearance of non-performing loans; negotiate with debtors to amicably identifying the recovery solutions;
- Regularly submit analysis and reports on non-performing loans status in order to emphasize both the existing state and the future trend, presenting the generating causes and proposing measures to smoothly recovery of the claims and loan’s restructuring/ rescheduling strategy.
- Economic background with strong skills on banking arrears activity; a master degree and/ or a relevant international qualification is a plus;
- Proven experience in loan restructuring, loan underwriting, commercial appraising and equity monitoring is highly expected;
- Knowledge of bankruptcy and foreclosure procedures as well as a good comprehension of legal environment and banking norms and regulations regarding crediting activity;
- 2+ years staff management/ supervision experience is needed;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Result oriented, with strong multi-tasking capabilities;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong inter-personal skills at all levels in a multicultural environment;
- Able to sort conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines whenever requested.
