RESPONSABILITATI

- Developing the branch network throughout the country

- Will manage all suppliers, vendors

- Coordinate centralized procurement

- Will supervise division by respecting legal and company requirements and guidelines

- Must be willing to travel often (over 80% of the working time)

- Will report directly to the Vice-president


CERINTE

- University degree, ideally in Economics/Finance/Accounting

- MBA is a plus

- Critical understanding of the entire business

- Ability to manage time wisely & meet strict deadlines

- Good written/spoken English

- Entrepreneurship minded and pro-active

- Influencing & persuasion skills

- Able to stand up for and take tough decisions

- Excellent leadership, management & decision making skills

- Diplomacy, tact, positive, team player

- Bank experience is a plus
