RESPONSABILITATI

The candidate will be responsible for the Acquisition and Project Management Unit, more precisely he/she will supervise and coordinate the work of the other Project Managers in charge of the participation in public calls for tenders and the management of projects funded by the European Commission or other international donators.


CERINTE

•age between 27- 35
•degree in Economy/Law/International Relations/Political Sciences/Foreign Languages
•excellent knowledge of written and spoken Romanian
•excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
•basic knowledge of written and spoken Italian
•3 or more years of professional experience
•experience in human resources management and coordination and supervision of a team
•good experience in Romanian and international call for tenders, especially based on EC procedures (analysis and evaluation of the call for tenders, supervision of the technical and financial proposals)
•good experience in project management, especially projects financed by the EC and other international organizations, and knowledge of Project Cycle Management (from identification up to implementation)
•excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work in team.
•good IT office skills and frequent user of the Internet
•availability for an initial training of two/three weeks in Turin (Italy)
•availability starting from the second week of February 2009


BENEFICII OFERITE

We offer a contract of 1 year, further to an initial appraisal period.
The job will be based in Bucharest, with occasional missions to Italy.
