¿¿¿ Coordinate and supervise the team of accountants;
¿¿¿ Supervise tax accounting;
¿¿¿ Prepare monthly trail balance and the semiannual and annual financial statements and payments;
¿¿¿ Company reporting as requested by the Group;
¿¿¿ Forecast reporting;
¿¿¿ Statutory financial reports;
¿¿¿ Contracts supervision and maintenance ;
¿¿¿ Payments, internal control and procedures;
¿¿¿ Verify significant variations in case of forecast and propose methods to reach planned performance;
¿¿¿ Fiscal support;
¿¿¿ Create the accounting manual detailing the procedures to be followed by any accountant in the team;
1. Degree in accounting or economics
2. Min. 5 years experience in accounting, out of which at least 3 years working experience as Chief Accountant in an international company.
3. Multinational exposure
4. Navision/ SAP user
5. Very good knowledge of RAS and IAS.
6. Very good knowledge about local fiscal laws.
7. Very good knowledge of the English and/or German language.
8. Experience in multinational environment is mandatory ¿¿¿ experience inside construction company is considered a plus
9. Works independently, only exceptionally requires supervision.
10. Works very well with strict deadlines.
11. Analytical and very organized person.
12. Good coordination skills.
13. Diplomatic, very good problem and conflict solver.
