- Prepare business analyses for Sandoz Group and maintain relationship with appropriate departments in group Headquarters
- Planning, setting top-down targets and analyzing risks and opportunities
- Taking part in all major company’s projects
- To be first point of contact and “source of knowledge” for all specific queries
- Advanced degree in Business or Finance (BS, MBA,ACCA )
- Working experience in Finance, Controlling or Business consultancy in a multinational company
- Broad understanding of business processes and issues including strategy and planning
- Proactive and forward looking
- Good communication and effective interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and hard working
- Well organized with developed planning and implementation skills, able to demonstrate independence and innovation
- Customer focused, both team player and a leader as appropriate
- Perfect oral and written communication skills in English
