In Powertrain management system and calibration Division, the HIL (Hardware in the Loop) Team Manager will work in a growing and motivated team and he will be responsible for the complete management of HIL Simulators used for testing Powertrain Control Software, from early developments to industrialization of the Software and Calibration.
The HIL team is responsible with :
- the development of simulation environments
- the development of automatic test procedures
- preparation, maintenance of the HIL simulators and user support
The HIL team manager is responsible with the following tasks:
- Manage the HIL team, composed by 4 to 8 engineers. Plan and follow-up their activity.
- Ensure the availability of the HIL simulators for all users (local in Romania or remote from worldwide locations of Renault).
- Coordinate the HIL team in Bucarest with the HIL team in France.
- Manage the suppliers of the HIL team.
- Develop a progress plan to improve the customer satisfaction and the performance of the HIL team.
Needed Knowledge:
- 3 or more years of experience as a team manager in an industrial domain. Test facilities or Software Development experiences are especially appreciated.
- Degree in Engineering. Most appreciated subjects: Electronics, Simulation, Control or Computer Science.
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in international and multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English and French.

- Control Engineering
- Driving license is required or will be needed from the first two months on the job
