As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to :
- take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community
HARDWARE skills
- fluent in English
-good command of a second language it's a must ( Italian; Spanish; German)
- smart and dynamic , friendly and willing to work in a team
- customer oriented
- interested in technology and technical challenges
- Good computer and overall IT skills
- good communication skills
- problem solving abilities
While we are mainly looking for graduates (technical background preferably), students in the final year are also invited to join us!
