Manage the activity of Field collectors and Legal Team;
Defines the strategy and ensures an efficient recovery process for retail receivables portfolio on field collection and legal enforcement process;
Identifies the most efficient recovery solutions for each segment of the managed portfolio;
Permanently evaluates the activity of the managed teams, offers training, as well as necessary technological and motivation scheme;
Monitors the recovery indicators for Field collectors and Legal Team and suggests ways for their improvement;
Participates in creating the collection strategy for Field Collectors and Legal Team and ensures its implementation;
Ensures the relation of BRD Finance with external executors;
Involvement in the company’s projects.
- Higher long term education in one of the fields: economic/legal/ - psychology;
Advanced in English and/or French;
- Working experience : minimum 3 years, out of which 1 year in financial and banking institutions and 2 years in receivables collection; with at least 1 year management possition.
