RESPONSABILITATI

Offers our guests a friendly and efficient service at all times, taking account of the established service standard and Management guidelines;
Being responsible for support, supervise and trains all reception Team Members in offering an optimal service to all guests, taking account of the established standards;
Knows the standards and puts them into practice in his/her daily work, thus actively pursuing the hotel¿s objectives;
Is the contact partner for tour leader and large events organisers, guaranteeing a smooth sequence of group stays in the hotel;
Daily checks on the arrivals and VIP lists for room allocation, VIP treatments and special requirements;
Maintains regular contact with frequent guests and all important guests of the Hotel.


CERINTE

Excellent communication skills;
Very good level of English, both written and verbal (any other foreign language is a plus);
Minimum 2 years experience in reception/guest relations.
