- Supports the business by providing legal advice on a variety of matters;
- Keeping abreast of relevant statutory legislation and regulatory requirements;
- Representation of the company in court.
- Drafts and reviews a wide range of commercial contracts;
- Drafting and finalizing of contracts and policies arising from all legal aspects;
- Providing specialist legal advice, opinion and services to other departments and management;
- Liaising with internal customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation involved by the business in the areas of contract law, company law, fiscal law, employment law;
- Thorough knowledge of commercial law;
- Good drafting and negotiation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- Be analytical and pay attention to detail, yet capable of prioritizing and managing his/her time and work load effectively;
- Fluency in English;
- Computer skills required: Word, Excel, databases, PowerPoint and Outlook.
