- To build and monitor investment models for shareholders and investors.
- To ensure that project investments are tracked and perform to their initial expectations.
- To create an effective monthly cash flow roll up and forecast for a portfolio of projects.
- To review, update and track business plans for multi-million Euro investments and provide detailed budget variance analysis.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- Minimum of 1-2 years working with financial models for real estate investments, product pricing, or construction projects.
- Experience with and an understanding of large scale development and construction projects.
- Flexible, hard working and ambitious.

In Bucharest he has been Senior Consultant for Antal International and headed KPMG’s Search and Selection Department.
