Our client, Leading Telecom Company is creating in Romania a new department to ensure optimum quality services in networks Mobile & Internet. In their expanding team of professionals a key role will be held by the Support Application Expert.
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a proven record of IT and telcom exposure. Experience in network operations, strong planning and organization skills, and quality reflex are important assets and are considerate key indicators for your future performance in this role.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of one of the following O.S: Unix, Linux;
- Experienced with Web based applications- Apache;
- University Degree preferably in a technical field;
- Experience in an operational IT or Telecom environment.
Knowledge of:
- Scripting languages;
- Was and Database management (Oracle, MySql);
Other requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Diplomacy, costumer and team oriented attitude as well as general adaptability are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- For the introduction of new services, provide expertise for proving and validation phases;
- Controls and validates software specifications and functionalities;
- Ensures preparation and consolidation during the service launch phase to match QoS standards;
- Issue new specifications for tools and services evolutions;
- Overall administration of service platforms;
- Performing preventive maintenance and issuing procedures.
