Our new team member will be responsible with:
- Real time analysis of faults and customer tickets;
- Initiating escalation process in case of detected service or performance degradation;
- Performing and driving preventative maintenance;
- Issuing procedures;
- Platform QoF (Quality of functioning);
- Monitoring performance parameters for services and platforms.
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a proven record of IT and Telcom exposure. Experience in network operations, planning and organization skills, and quality reflex are important assets and are considerate key indicators for your future performance in this role.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of one of the following O.S: Linux (Red Hat), UNIX/AIX;
- University Degree preferably in a technical or telecom field;
- 1 to 3 years experience in an operational IT or Telecom environment;
- Scripting languages (KSH, PERL);
- Was and Database management (Oracle, MySql);
- Monitoring tools (HPOpenView, Patrol) experience would be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.

- Excellent English communication skills;
- Diplomacy, costumer and team oriented attitude as well as general adaptability are highly valued.
