RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate colleague to join our team. Our colleague has to know German intermediate and English advanced.
Job profile:
• Ensure billing to Temenos customers is done timely and accurate according to the established billing calendars or project specifics ;
• Support provided to Project managers in submission of revenue sheets;
• Participate in different process improvement projects;
• Assist the business with different requests: client project queries, disputed invoices for which revision/Credit Notes/ cancellation would be required;
• Collaborate with Controllers on specific reports to support cash collection targets;
• Communicate with internal project representatives and accounting/tax professionals when required;
• Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit;
• Ensure key performance indicators reach the expected level;
• Assist in reconciliation of AR module to GL for their respective entities;
• Provide update documentation of processes handled by the team and compliance with ICS requirements.


CERINTE

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economy/Accounting field is required ;
• 1+ years of accounting support experience in a professional office environment;
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Proficiently able to communicate in English;
• Intermediate German;
• Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels;
• Good time management & able to prioritize ;
• Experience working with Oracle (or any ERP system).
