- Installing and configuring software / hardware;
- Answering queries from users and providing assistance with configuration and usage of hardware and software;
- Ensuring that all servers and workstations are functioning properly;
- Ensuring that back-up procedures are executed properly;
- Providing correct set-up for workstations and servers;
- Identifying and troubleshooting network problems as requested;
- Supporting the Management Team in customizing software applications;
- Providing basic end-user training where required;
- Creating/modifying user accounts, groups, access rights;
- Administrating Active Directory;
- Administrating the network using tools such as SMS, MOM;
- Offering technical support to local network.
- University degree (preferably University degree with IT specialty);
- Minimum 3-4 years professional experience;
- Very good technical skills (CISCO certificate - CCNA or Microsoft Certificate - MCP, MCSE, MCSA would be an advantage);
- Fluency in English;
- Efficient and well-organized person, with very good communication skills.
