For one of our clients a multinational company active in the FMCG field, we are looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support in events organizing, reservations, protocol;
- Composing professional documents ( letters, reports) as well as general duties such as faxing and photocopying;
- Establishing, maintaining, processing and/or updating files, records and/or other documents;
- Scheduling or assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings and/or internal events;
- Accomplishing other administrative tasks.
- University degree;
- Good PC skills ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook);
- Fluency in English language;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person
