For one of our clients, one of the leaders in real estate investment industry, we are looking for a SALES & MARKETING MANAGER.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales and marketing activities in order to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives;
- Coordinating the team of sales agents in order to meet and exceed sales revenue;
- Developing growth forecasts and guiding the development of strategic plans for entire business unit and/or sales channels;
- Developing and managing the budgets and the business plans;
- Maintaining existing customers and developing new customers;
- Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, products and timescales;
- Issuing different reports of the activities and providing relevant information for the management;
- Carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in production/manufacturing as a Sales and Marketing Manager (experience in glass industry would be a plus);
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good planning and organization skills;
- Good knowledge of English.
