For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the FMCG field, we are looking for a POSM Manager.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing the annual acquisition plan for the POSM;
Developing the POSM based on the insights and market analysis, communicating the POSM catalogue, developing and updating the POSM database;
Identifying and selecting the POSM suppliers, placing the orders in due time in a manner that would ensure their presence on the market at the most suitable moment;
Verifying the POSM from the functionalities and brand compliance point of view before sending them to the agencies;
Maintaining the relationship with the ATL and BTL agencies that are involved in the POSM development process;
Communicating the quantitative and qualitative feedback regarding the existing POSM on the market (brand indicators and sales volume);
Solving in due time the complaints regarding the quality and quantity of the POSM.
- University degree, preferable in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position;
- Good command of English;
- Computer skills.
