For one of our clients, an independent law firm, we are looking for a Lawyer in Bucharest.
Provides legal consultancy;
Identifies and investigates public law issues;
Supervises and coordinates projects within specific area of expertise;
Performs high-level research and analysis in commercial law;
Drafts and edits a wide variety of documents, such as legal memoranda, state legislation, administrative agency regulations, policy manuals, city charters, court rules, handbooks, and newsletters;
Assumes responsibility for the technical and administrative aspects of contracts and grants, including responsibility for contract performance, reporting, and evaluation.
At least 2 years experience within the Legal field (Commercial Law and Court experience are a plus);
Strong knowledge of the Romanian Legal System;
University degree;
Fluency in English;
Organized and determined person.
