RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a multinational company, we are looking for a GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT.

Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support and performs varied secretarial duties;
- Manages complex calendar; organizes travel arrangements, appointments & events;
- Prepares reports & presentation materials;
- Receives & refers phone/e-mail inquiries;
- Communicates with customers/partners; answers questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate resource;
- Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos;
- Organizes and maintains the filing system;
- Provides minutes of staffing and programming meetings.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
- Minim two years experience in a similar position;
- University Degree
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is a must;
