For one of our clients, a multinational company one of the leaders in the Logistic field, we are looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER.
Responsibilities:
- Organising and leading a sales programme that will maintain existing clients and will produce new business;
- Recruiting, training and developing employees so that the office is adequately staffed in order to efficiently service the clients;
- Establishing and following procedures and measurable standards, monitoring performance for all services;
- Creating and implementing the budget, having in view the existing resources and the growth plans;
- Ensuring that all the operations are in compliance with the company's general guidelines and specific instructions
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Very good command of English;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Pro-active and client-oriented.
- Managerial competences, experience in contracting, assuming risks, innovative spirit, assuming the responsibilities for decision making.
