For one of our clients, one of the leaders in real estate investment industry, we are looking for a CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and evaluating the activities of: administrative and logistic, marketing, IT departments;
- Overseeing the business activity and acting in a supervisory role;
- Administrating the existing operations, playing an active role in developing new projects;
- Issuing reports about business activities, opportunities and recommendations for the management;
- Working with the other departments in order to determine resource allocation and business structure;
- Conducting meetings in order to achieve business goals;
- Ensuring adherence to annual budgets.
- 5-7 years of significant professional management in the
area of business & operation administration of a company;
- Master of Business Management/Finance or other higher education is a plus;
- Excellent communication/planning and organizational skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Experience in handling assets, properties, liabilities of the company.
