For one of our clients a major company active in FMCG field we are looking for a CAR FLEET MANAGER.
ResponsIbilities:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the management of all company¿s vehicles in compliance with the company¿s guidelines;
- Preparing all materials for Accident Committee and Safety fleet team;
- Organizing, co-ordinate and control the supply and other procurement activities of all vehicles;
- Monitoring prices and repairs cost development in the car services, selecting the best garages and regularly evaluate suppliers¿ performance;
- Negotiating prices and conditions of delivery and quality for all related items and services;
- Ensuring, within the agreed budget boundaries and overall long term plan, an optimal availability of the cars necessary to perform sales, distribution and other company¿s activities;
- Planning the organizational structure and human resources requirements to fulfill the departmental responsibilities and objectives in order to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- University graduate (preferably vehicles specialization);
- Relevant experience in logistics or car fleet management;
- Vehicle professional knowledge and skills;
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Fluency in English;
- Driving licence B;
- Problem solver, organized, communicative.
