On behalf of our client, Leading Telecom and Internet provider, we are searching for an enthusiastic new team member.
His key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expertise for service proving and validation phases
- Controls and validates software specifications et functionalities for new services
- Responsible for test plan and organisation of proving phase
- Issue new specifications for tools and services evolutions
Accountable for standard operations and administration of service platforms
- Real time analysis of faults and customer tickets
- Initiates escalation process
- Perform and drive preventative maintenance
- Issue procedure
Main skills
Master at least one of the following : UNIX, LINUX/AIX
Extended IT skills:
- WAS and Dbase management: (oracle, Sybase, Mysql,…)
- Web based applications: Apache, Java, messaging, DNS, FTP,…)
- Langages: KSH, Perl, HTL, Java , XML
- Knowledge of monitoring tools: HPOpenView, Patrol
- Good English skills
Complementary skills
- Monitoring tools (Cacti, Fticheck, Nagios)
- Virtualization system (VmWare)
- Work in project mode
- Crisis management
