Job Responsibilities:
YOU WILL:
- be responsible of direct purchase of goods and services for trade marketing, human resources and general office administration;
- secure the sourcing of goods and services by developing and maintaining the relationship with suppliers;
- contribute to development and implementation of local purchasing strategies within the purchased category;
- implement the purchasing procedures and best practices in goods & services purchase process;
- negotiate contracts with non-strategic suppliers, provide support for negotiations with strategic suppliers;
- ensure the fulfilling of the contractual obligations between Danone and its suppliers;
- provide support to Trade Marketing, Human Resources and general office admin. in budgets preparation for goods & services purchases;
- initiate and lead cost optimization projects for goods & services purchases.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
- At least 2 years experience in technical & services purchasing - preferably within a multinational;
- University degree, preferably in technical field;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to prioritize workload & proactive approach;
- A learner, willing to invest time and effort in further building his/her proficiency.
- Good analytical skills
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit.
- Good computer skills;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
