The Global Training Manager is responsible for creating and managing external and internal training programs that increase employee and customers’ knowledge of BitDefender technology and products. The Global Training Manager is responsible for creating the overall training programs and helping to define training templates for use by other teams. The Training manager does not actually deliver the trainings themselves.
This position is based at the company’s global headquarters in Bucharest Romania and reports to the Global Director of Marketing Programs.
Primary Responsibilities
-Research and analyze the internal and external training needs for company's employees, customers, and partners.
- Create a strategy/framework and plan for implementing company standard training programs which can translated and deployed in all regions .
- Identify and document key stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and integration points with the company Intranet, CRM/PRM system, product launch and go to market processes, and global partner program
- Identify the optimum delivery channel and mechanism (live, conf call, webex, Flash, etc.) for the different types of trainings based on cost/benefit, audience type, and regional market expectations
- Work with key stakeholders to develop standard training content templates.
- Work with key stakeholders and groups to ensure that training materials are developed and delivered on time and to quality standards at the appropriate times during the launch and go to market process.
- Create and maintain a global training calendar on the company intranet and website.
- Record and post training presentations to training libraries.
- Create and maintain training libraries on the company intranet, website, and PRM sites.
- Create communication channels between the teams involved in training
- 4-5 years of professional experience. Experience in the software/IT field or in corporate training a plus.
- Ability to take initiative, effectively manage projects and resources across geographic regions, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent English language, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to grasp information of major impact and deliver it in a structured format
- Ability to work effectively with people from different regions and cultural backgrounds
- University degree required
