Operations
¿ Prepare AOP for Romania GES centre
¿ Work with Pole GES manager to review front log and back log and fulfill utilization plan
¿ Own relationship with MPO¿s and country Ops Managers
¿ Manage Engineering centre operations
¿ Meeting cost, quality and budget performance on each delivery
¿ Interface with finance to facilitate financial transaction processes for this centre
¿ Provide estimates for new projects based on requests from regions using established estimation norms
Processes
¿ Deployment of Remote engineering delivery processes
¿ Deployment of Quality Management system, measurements and corrective actions
People
¿ Hire new people along with HR to meet future growth needs of the delivery centre
¿ Provide leadership to the team and develop key people using Honeywell HPD and MRR processes
¿ Deploy competency & functional skill measurement system in line with EEx guidelines
-Technical university graduate (Automation, Electronics, Electrical profile, Oil and Gas)
-Professional experience ¿ 8 years or more
-Prior experience in managing engineering delivery organizations (advantage)
-Prior experience in working in global projects
-Prior experience and knowledge of DCS implementation in refineries, PPs or chemical plants (desired)
-Good technical expertise, functional excellence
-Growth and Customer Focus, Fostering teamwork,
-Good communication skills,
-Fluency in English
-Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage (German, French, Italian)
-Availability to travel abroad
