RESPONSABILITATI

• Acknowledge support request;
• Evaluate issues criticality;
• Communicate on resolution plan;
• Identify faulty process;
• Solve issue or raise it to the appropriate operational or IT team;
• Follow up on issue resolution with the operational team until complete resolution;
• Communicate with user on resolution status;
• Check if resolution is effective when possible;
• Communicate on issue resolution.


CERINTE

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills;
• Information technology knowledge and understanding for Databases (SQL), web knowledge (html) is a must;
• Analytic skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure;
• Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
• Team work, ability to multitask and to effectively and creatively solve problems;
