- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports for the group; provide feedback to Headquarter questions and requirements
- Analysis for accounts activity and balance reasonability
- Provide support for local reporting
- Accounting data from subledgers (AP, AR, Inventory, PO) consolidation and checking on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare specific or adjusting accounting journals:
- Revenue and cost recognition: tracking, calculation and record
- Accrue liabilities, expenses, provisions
- Payroll accounting based on payroll sheets
- Taxation
- Exchange rate revaluation
- Account, cost center & other account flexfield segments codes checking
- Other specific journals
- Coordinate the reconciliation between subledgers and General Ledger; preparing monthly reconciliation reports between GL and: subledgers, bank statements, inter-company statements
- Reconciliation with non-ERP reporting systems
- Planning and implementing daily/weekly/monthly routines for GL work, as well as for the related subledgers work
- Supporting documents management
- Actively involving in department projects related to activity efficiency and quality improvement
- Education: graduate in finance & accounting.
- Good control of English, including commercial & accounting in both speaking and writing
- Work experience: at least 2 years in accounting area
- Experience in a ERP System will be a +. If Oracle:++
- Experience in a multinational company will also be an asset
- Good computer skills (excel, word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with IFRS and IAS. Local European GAAP knowledge will be an asset
- Able to work under time and activities pressure, when necessary
- Target focused for deadlines and accuracy: able and willing to fulfill the work in requested deadlines and quality
- Able to organize own and related team members tasks; able to act as coordinator to fulfill common tasks
- Available for business trips will be an opportunity (not mandatory)
