RESPONSABILITATI

The Service Response Analyst is a key member of the Global Service Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Oracle’s employees globally via telephone, chat support and Oracle’s incident reporting application.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Follows standard practices and procedures to identify potential system issues and escalate them to the Service Response Support Team.
-Follow established procedures to action tickets in a queue.
-Assist with general inquiries.
-Maintain high volume performance while adhering to published polices.
-Normally receives detailed instructions on most work during training.


CERINTE

-Fluent in English and one of the following languages, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarian, Korean, Japanese is essential (both written & spoken).
-Previous customer service experience essential
-Ability to do shift and weekend work
-Shift work (7am/3pm/ 11pm-7am (weekend work required)
-Suitable applicant for this position will be an ambitious self-starter with a general appreciation of I.T.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with initiative and energy and the ability to contribute in a team environment, will be important attributes.
