RESPONSABILITATI

- He/she works as company representative in relation with customers and utilizes support systems and technical functional knowledge to remotely resolve technical issues;
- He/she solves the queries of the customers for the company s products (Hercules & Thrustmaster) by offering solutions that respect the existing quality and efficiency standards;
- He/she treats customer queries via phone and/or E-Mail in accordance with the internal existing procedures.


CERINTE

- Fluency in German is a must. A good level of English or French is also mandatory;
- Average technical skills: software and hardware;
- Interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented;
- Dedicated, ambitious and motivated by this kind of work and committed to his/hers objectives.
