¿ Resolve customer queries;
¿ Dispute management coordination;
¿ Accounting tasks:
- dunning, allocation of customer payments,
- reconcile and maintain Accounts Receivable accounts
¿ Relevant experience of at least 3 years in customer service, preferably in dispute management;
¿ Affinity with accounting is mandatory;
¿ Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office;
¿ Excellent German and good knowledge of English;
¿ Call taking excellence, customer oriented, team player;
¿ Good interpersonal skills, accurate, structured, energetic;
¿ Confidence and strong coordination skills are essential;
¿ Knowledge about basic accounting principles are preferred;
¿ Knowledge of ERP/financial systems, especially SAP, is an advantage.
