You will join a team where initiative, but also responsibility are valued and every individual’s contribution to the organization is recognized and awarded. Your job will be to provide assistance for IT queries on Microsoft Office and specific corporate software for one of our major clients.
- Excellent German oral and written skills; English proficiency is also a requirement.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of Internet Explorer (navigation, downloading, configuring, using shortcut keys);
- Hardware and OS knowledge (Windows NT, 98, 2000, XP);
- Knowledge of a wide variety of PC peripherals: printers, removable media, scanners, PDA;
- Familiar with LAN, WAN technologies and systems.
